For an important international automotive company, we are looking for candidates to fill the position of reference.

The desired profile of the candidates is with a background in Systems Engineering, knowledge, and use of CRM Dynamics Microsoft, and bilingual use of English.

The position reports to the IT SALES & MKT LATAM LEADER.

Candidates should possess dynamic skills, internal customer service, open to interacting with teams of colleagues of other nationalities and cultures and a clear vision for adding to the overall business value applied to the processes of their specialty.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Accompany the implementation of global CRM in Argentina, the main responsibility is to manage, administer and develop the CRM Dynamics solution for the company's markets.

Be a facilitator within Shared Services on CRM issues. Lead the CRM process in the region (responsible for follow-up meetings with each market).

Support Users, Internal customers

Consolidate and deliver reports and results.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Academic background: Systems Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related studies.

Technical knowledge is a must: CRM Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, and Power BI.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience.

Bilingual English (since this is the language you will be working with on a daily basis).

Sales experience (desirable), with knowledge of business processes.
