Junior Logistics and Foreign Trade Assistant

Capital Humano RRHH is currently looking to fill the position of Junior Logistics and Foreign Trade Assistant for a company dedicated to trade of High-end Italian goods between Italy and the United States of America. Offices are located in the neighbourhood of Carrasco, Montevideo.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The role will have direct contact with customers in the US and suppliers in Italy. This will imply duties and responsibilities such as the planification and coordination of the delivery of samples requested by customers as well as purchased products, preparing quotations, generating Invoices for purchased products, Invoices for deliveries and managing transportation payments and deliveries within the US.

Duties also include quoting international transportation costs, direct contact with Italian suppliers (reviewing and paying Proformas) and freight forwarders in addition to track orders to their final destination.

Basic Skills Required:

Advanced management and knowledge of Excel, solid knowledge of Foreign Trade and proficient English level are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Accounting experience as well as a background in the Italian language will be highly valued.
