Profile:
We seek professionals with qualifications in or advanced students in Accounting, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related fields.
Two years experience working in an accounting department. Multinational experience is a Plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
Able to properly plan and organize work volume and tasks.
Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Office packages.
A good level of English language is a plus.
Key Objectives of the role:
The person occupying this role is mainly responsible for recording accounting entries; making account controls to verify the correctness of the balance in order to keep accounts of transactions reliable and in the time required; ensuring the accuracy of invoices for payment, auditing, and tax purposes; verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors; Communicating with relevant suppliers to process invoicing or payment queries.

The key relationships of the role will be with the Management and Treasury teams. But also, work alongside local and regional Operations, Finance, and Accounting.
Impala Accounting Operations department is responsible for the booking and control of every document on time, as well as building reports and analyzing and reconciling accounts on a daily basis.
