The Business

The Research and Innovation Center (RIC) serves as a center of excellence for developing research papers, synthesizing technical developments, and managing and implementing new data resources and tools.

Within RIC, the Benefits Data Source (BDS) team works directly with consultants to design and deliver benefits benchmarking solutions to clients around the world. The team focuses on the following activities:

  • building/maintaining the database infrastructure, including standardized tools and reports,
  • maintaining the integrity of the data through data cleaning, analysis and reporting,
  • developing customized client reports and consulting directly with clients in situations where BDS analytics are a major part of a consulting project.

The Role

As a BDS Global Benefits Management (GBM) Coordinator, you will work as part of the BDS team. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with GBM teams on BDS data collection and data management activities
  • Use and develop coordination, communication, and project management skills

Key activities include:

  • Coordination of data collection and data management activities between clients, WTW colleagues and BDS teams to ensure timeliness and quality of work
  • Understanding and adherence to approved process documents, workflows, templates, and training materials
  • Effective understanding and use of various tools and platforms in the collection, processing, and reporting of data
  • Promoting collaboration, innovation and learning culture
  • Ensuring adherence to Excellence standards.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree an asset, preferably in a program with emphasis in Business
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in Client Services
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organized and detail oriented, effective time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Structured problem solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
