Summary
Oversee daily workflow, schedule, activities, and assignment of security staff, monitor access control, video surveillance. Responsible for understanding and complying with all company/client policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
• Local access control and CCTV support.
• Assist with local low-level internal investigations.
• Emergency response equipment audit.
• Assist with security vendor management.
• Support with site security & safety training.
• Responsible of site security policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & experience
• Prior experience working in the physical security department, preferred.
• 1-3 years of Supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate with all levels within the company and externally with client.
• Ability to work independently, identify and solve issues and deal with change.
• On-site capability required.
• Advanced English level.
