Summary

French multinational leader in the Chemical Industry is looking for an Industrial Intern for document management of the area.

Mission Statement

To provide support in the management of the document integration of the operational processes carried out in the industrial sector of the company and in the implementation of the associated action plans.

Key responsibilities

• Update of Operational Procedures in the local documentation system for the different processes and areas of the organization.
• Act as the process owner's representative for the group's document integration management.
• Manage corporate documents for nationalization and integration.
• Follow up on the action plans derived from the integration of technical documents to each process owner.
• Collaborate in the elaboration and execution of the action plans of the technical standards in the industrial area.
• Collaborate with the generation of specifications of critical spare parts of the technical area.
• Collaborate in the drafting of procedures for emergency plans and drills.
• Collaborate in the codification of critical spare parts in the computer system.

What we are looking for in you

• Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering students.
• Intermediate english level (written and spoken).
• Fluent in office software.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:15 pm.

Location: Availability to work in our site in our industrial plant in Ciudad del Plata, San Jose.
