The Business

The Research and Innovation Center (RIC) serves as a center of excellence for developing research papers, synthesizing technical developments, and managing and implementing new data resources and tools.

Within RIC, The Benefits Data Source (BDS) teams work directly with consultants to design and deliver benefits benchmarking solutions to clients around the world. The teams focus on the following activities:

  1. Maintain the integrity of the data through data cleaning, analysis and reporting, including standardized tools and reports.
  2. Develop customized client reports and consult directly with clients in situations where BDS analytics are a major part of a consulting project.

The Role

  • Detailed and qualitative analysis of data provided in surveys by our clients
  • Actively participating in the data collection and processing of benefits provided per country
  • Focus on LatAm and Western Europe countries
  • Usage of tools and systems developed by our company as well as Power BI
  • Support the team in several activities to maintain our high-quality database
  • Flexible working style available: hybrid

About you

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken (will be tested).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Well organized and detail-oriented, effective time management skills
  • Ability to perform in a structured environment with process-driven workflows
  • Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous working experience is highly preferred
  • Graduates or students from multiple careers could fit the role: International Relations, Translator, Political Science, Business Administration, amongst others.
